Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions are in relation to use of our website or other promotional materials and the sale and purchase of services or products over the phone, email or any other way in which contact is made to make a booking will be governed by our terms and conditions as set out below.

"We" or "Our" means B'Dazzled Events Ltd or www.bdazzledevents.co.uk online website pages or social media platforms.

"You", "Client" or "Your" means the person accessing, using or viewing the website, making contact by phone or any other means to obtain information or make bookings for services or products. 

B'Dazzled Events is a trading name of B'Dazzled Events Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Company registered number 15040004. 

1. PRICES, DESCRIPTIONS, AVAILABILITY, HIRING & DEPOSIT

1.1 Prices

All prices are shown in GBP (£). A client is required to make all payments in GBP. Pricing information for services or products is subject to change without notice.

1.1.1 Surcharge

Clients will have a base fee (£280) added to their final invoice. This covers all wedding designs, follow-ups, changes, admin, delivery & collection of hire items.

Clients will pay this fee PLUS quotation costs. This EXCLUDES any discount/deals/offers included in packages or hire supplies.

1.2 Deposit

50% is required to secure your date, this is non-refundable. Deposit MUST be paid at point of hiring. You will receive a contract & consent form to sign, once all documents are signed and returned, then your your date is booked & secured.

The deposit is deducted from your final bill.

1.3 Security deposit

Our clients are required to make a £150 refundable deposit for hire items. This covers reasonable wear and tear of products, any significant damages will result in a loss of the deposit.

1.4 Availability 

All services, accessories and props for hire, these are an indication of availability only and is not guaranteed to be available on date required. All services products are subject to availability, always enquire and best substitution will be recommended. 

1.4.1 Bookings should be made with minimum 4 months advance time frame to event (where possible) to avoid delays and disappointment.

1.4.2 When a potential client requests a quotation for services or products they will receive an email outlining the base of what the service will include. A detailed description and plan will only be available after our company is hired for the event.

1.5 Descriptions 

Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure product and service descriptions, stock photos, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. 

1.5.1 Colours may vary slightly from those displayed on the website due to the limitations of technology and conditions under which photographs were taken. Please note any photos shown are for illustration purposes only.

1.6 Hiring 

When a client chooses to hire our company for services or products they will be required to complete and sign a questionnaire, consent form and contract for the event. This is to ensure we have exclusive rights to provide our services.

1.6.1 A detailed outline/sketch or mock up of designs, colour arrangements and plans to be used for event will only be shared/issued AFTER a client hire our company by paying deposit, completing and signing questionnaire, consent form and contract.

This is to prevent unauthorized usage or copying of ideas, designs, colour arrangements or plans by third parties or individuals.

1.6.2 Should a client decide they no longer want to hire our company, they MUST submit notification of their withdrawal via email and return/ destroy all outline/sketch or mockup of designs, ideas, colour arrangements and plans as they remain sole property of B'Dazzled Events in trading name B'Dazzled Events Ltd.

Any unauthorized usage of outline/sketch or mockup of designs, ideas, colour arrangements or plans as created by B'Dazzled will result in prosecution where applicable.

2. PAYMENTS

2.1 All payments must be processed in GBP (£), B'Dazzled Events gift certificate, card or cash. 

A UK credit or debit card is required to pay via our secure payment link. We may consider direct bank transfers at our discretion.

2.2 All services booked 4 weeks or less will require FULL payment at consultation and services are hired.

2.3 All balances and final payments to be settled 2 weeks in advance to the event. 

Non payment of balance will result in no show for event decoration and a forfeit of deposit.

2.4 B'Dazzled Events gift certificate will be posted to nominated address upon purchase.

2.5 We will NOT accept payment by cheque, however under extreme special circumstances (to our discretion) may it be considered and all funds cleared before service or products are rendered.

2.6 Cash payments, clients will receive a receipt with payment collected and must add signature as proof of such transaction.

2.7 Fraudulent Payments - in the event a payment is reversed by the bank to result in part or all payment for goods or services provided by B'Dazzled Events have no longer being paid for, we reserve the right to charge a minimum of 15% of the transaction value in relation to collecting the debt unless cleared payment is made within 5 working days. Any payment not made within 5 working days could be liable to interest under the late payment legislation.

3. CANCELLATIONS 

3.1 You can make a cancellation at anytime within 14 days of the initial date of booking. Please let us know immediately by sending an email notification.

ALL deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but service can be transferred to another date within a year.

3.3 EXCHANGES/CHANGES

We can only offer exchange for colour scheme or props. Charges will be applied for items with price difference.

Additional charges will be incurred for adding products or changing package.

4. DELIVERY 

4.1 Charges apply for distances over 8 miles radius (included in base fee). Additional charges may be incurred depending on distance.

4.2 Free delivery for local areas.

5. SECURITY 

Security is one of our highest priorities and we take all precautions to protect your personal information both online and offline. We use secure payment link to make sure that all card transactions are completed through an encrypted facility. 

6. PRIVACY POLICY 

6.1 Personal data may be disclosed to any person or persons that have a right to access such information, providing they are able to prove their authority. For example, if B'Dazzled Events Ltd were served with legal requests (court order) demanding certain information regarding the customer, we would disclose the information to the appointed officer of the Court.

6.2 DATA RETENTION 

B'Dazzled Events Ltd will destroy any information it may hold in accordance with our internal retention policy. This policy requires information will only be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the original purpose for which it was collected. Information will be retained to satisfy any applicable statutory or contractual obligations.

6.3 ELECTRONIC NOTIFICATION 

To the extent we may need to contact you, you agree that we may do so via any electronic means, included but not limited to emails, video calls, instant or text messages. 

7. LEGALS AND MODIFICATIONS

7.1 Legal

All services and products while in contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer. B’Dazzled Events Ltd is a registered company in England and Wales, Company registered number 15040004.

7.1.1 Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.

7.1.2 B'Dazzled Events reserves the right to withdraw services if faced with any form of abuse, discrimination or aggression. We will NOT tolerate any threats physical or otherwise, these will be reported to the police and prosecution undertaken where applicable.

7.2 Modification

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time. By continuing to make bookings from B'Dazzled Events following any such changes you will be deemed to have accepted such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly for updates and/ or modifications. If you do not agree to the changes you must immediately refrain from using our website or contact us for information. 

7.2.1 Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, goods, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

8. LIMITATION AND LIABILITY 

8.1 Except as expressly set out in these terms, no implied conditions, warranties or other terms, including any implied terms relating to satisfactory quality for any purpose, will apply to any goods, products or services supplied or provided by B'Dazzled Events under any contracted booking. B’Dazzled Events shall not be liable (whether from breach of contract, hire items, catered food - including negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise be responsible).

• indirect, consequential or special loss; arising out of or related to any booking, whether or not such loss was foreseeable or if B'Dazzled Events Ltd was advised of its possibility (the term "loss" includes partial or reduction in value as well as total or complete loss).

• loss of any deposits or monies due to last minute cancellations or changes incurring additional charges.

8.2 In the unfortunate circumstance booking has to be cancelled last minute for whatever reason, there will be a partial refund of payments rendered to cover all costs associated with the planning and preparation for the event to the specific time frame.

8.3 All décor including prop or party accessories must be returned at the end of the event unless previously arranged for next day collection.

8.4 Our clients are RESPONSIBLE to keep ALL décor, props or party accessories safe and secure after use until collected. Any missing, broken or damaged items will incur additional charges to cover costs for repair or replacement.

8.5 Our clients should REFRAIN from removing décor especially draping attachments, B'Dazzled Events set up and take down ALL décor and will take no responsibility or be liable for injuries or accidents sustained in breach of such actions.

9. USE OF PHOTOS, VIDEOS OR WEBSITE MATERIALS 

9.1 All photos or videos published on our website and social media platforms remains property of B'Dazzled Events Ltd. No unauthorized usage of image or likeness to images as owned by B'Dazzled Events Ltd. 

9.2 This website contain material which is owned by or licensed to us. These materials includes, but are not limited to, the design, layout, graphics, photos including stock images and appearance. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions. 

10. HOURS OF BUSINESS 

B'Dazzled Events operates -

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 10am - 14:30pm  

Friday 10am - 14:00pm 

Saturday CLOSED. No bookings will be accepted.

Sunday - By appointment only.

Event should be pre-booked on weekdays for weekend set ups and will be carried out at a pre arranged time.

11. COMPLAINTS 

Should you have a complaint with our service or product provided please contact us using the online contact form.

12. COOKIES 

12.1 We use cookies as a fundamental tool in our core operations of the website and are also used to help us improve your experience when using our website. The information we collect from cookies enables us:

• to measure and analyze how our customers use the site, to improve both its functionality and your shopping experience. 

• logs to remember your preferences i.e. location or language so your shopping is seamless and more personalized.

13. SOCIAL MEDIA 

We use social media platforms to promote our website, services (including arrangements/designs/plans) and products. 

13.1 We will use your setups to highlight and display our business services  products.

No images or likeness to image of our clients will be posted unless FULL consent and signature has been obtained prior.

14. AFFILIATION 

We will receive a commission from certain companies for promotion of their products and services as affiliates. We will provide notification and awareness of such actions or activities.
